We provide neurosomatic breath therapy/breathwork coaching, rooted in the ancient practice of Pranayama. Breathwork has been used for centuries to address and prevent numerous physical and mental health challenges. Modern science has now begun proving and backing this practice‘s efficacy through controlled studies.
We incorporate breathwork with movement to strengthen the mind-body connection and amplify the amazing health benefits. Our programs include dance, rhythmic shaking, yoga and fitness, strategically designed and curated to maximize your progress.
We believe health and wellness are all encompassing and not meant to be approached in a compartmentalized way. This is why we incorporate nutrition into our coaching, rooted in our training in Ayurveda.
We live such comfortable lives now that we’ve lost touch with nature. To remedy this and reconnect with our primitive being, we go into cold water and seek to connect with the elements. This can be done in the form of ice baths, cold showers, or polar plunges, all of which have numerous health benefits such as improving your immune system, reducing inflammation, relieving anxiety and depression and many more. There have been numerous studies done that have proven these benefits.
